Orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@themerryzebra.co.uk and reference your order number. While we’ll always do our best to help, changes may not be possible once printing has begun.

Personalisation

We offer personalisation on cocktail prints and selected nursery prints. You can personalise your product before adding it to your basket by entering your chosen details on the product page. If you have any questions about what’s possible, please email hello@themerryzebra.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help before anything is printed.

Shipping & Delivery

Our prints are carefully produced and packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of item ordered. If you have a question about your delivery, please email us with your order number and we’ll be happy to check for you.

Returns & Refunds

As many of our items are printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@themerryzebra.co.uk, including photos of the issue.
