Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order from The Merry Zebra. Please read the information below carefully, as many of our products are printed to order.

Printed & Graphic Items

As many of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or style selection
  • Colour differences caused by screen or device display settings

This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt made-to-order and personalised items from standard cancellation rights.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re really sorry and we’ll make it right.

Please contact us as soon as possible (and ideally within 14 days of delivery) by emailing hello@themerryzebra.co.uk including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Personalised Prints

Personalised items are made specifically to your requirements and are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Please check all personalisation details carefully before approval, as we’re unable to make changes or offer refunds once printing has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of confirmation. Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
