We know how exciting it is to wait for something merry to arrive - here’s how you can keep track of your order from The Merry Zebra.

Order Confirmation

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder just in case.

Processing Your Order

All of our prints are made to order, so your item will be printed and prepared before it’s dispatched. This usually takes 3–5 working days. Personalised orders may take a little longer.

Dispatch & Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email to let you know.
If tracking information is available for your delivery, it will be included in this email.

Where Is My Order?

If you haven’t received a dispatch email within the expected timeframe, or you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us at hello@themerryzebra.co.uk and include your order number so we can help.

Delivered but Not Received?

If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery location first. If you’re still unable to find it, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to assist.
