All products are described as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. These variations do not constitute a fault.
Many of our items are made to order, including personalised prints.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once it has been processed and dispatched.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once printing has begun, we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
Personalised Items
Personalised items are made specifically to your requirements and are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before approval.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (and ideally within 14 days of delivery) at hello@themerryzebra.co.uk, with your order number and photos of the issue.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
